1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Scripts Group platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AI Scripts Group provides a white-label AI voice, SMS, and WhatsApp agent platform that integrates with third-party AI providers including NLPearl.ai, Retell.ai, and ElevenLabs. The Service allows agencies and resellers to deploy branded AI agent solutions to their own clients.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed in writing. Setup fees, where applicable, are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass individuals, violate any applicable telephony or messaging regulations (including TCPA, GDPR, and similar laws), or for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from end users contacted via the Service.
6. Third-Party Providers
The Service integrates with third-party AI and communication providers. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms. AI Scripts Group is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and content provided by AI Scripts Group remain our property. You retain ownership of the data you and your clients submit through the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Scripts Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any unlawful use.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service.
